Rapids attend Penn State Elite Hockey Camp
Rapids teammates Kayla Persinger
and Paige Donald recently attended the Penn State Elite Hockey Camp. The girls
got to experience campus life first hand as they were given dorm rooms,
meal cards, and a busy itinerary. Kayla and Paige were on the ice several times
a day, participating in high speed and skill practices, powerskating and
ex games. The girls also attended workshops on team building, nutrition
and sports psychology as well as a campus tour. Kayla and Paige would like to
thank the Penn State female hockey program for a great experience.
