U13 BB GOALIES NAMED MVGS AT BADGERFEST
AVA IRELAND & KYA BASTIEN RECEIVE THE MAELA HOLMES AWARD...
It is with great pride that we announce our U13 BB goalies - Ava Ireland & Kya Bastien have been selected as the MVGs of their division and age group in the St Catharines BadgerFest Tournament this past weekend. It is an incredible honour to receive this award in the memory of Maela Holmes - a former Rapids goalie herself - who passed away in 2022.
Ava & Kya are fantastic teammates, super supportive of each other and are always ready to defend the crease for their team.
Your coaches, teammates and the rest of the Rapids organization are extremely proud of you both being chosen as joint recipients of this incredible award!
