TOURNAMENT OF HEROES CHAMPS
OUR U11BB RAPIDS WIN GOLD IN WHITBY!!
The U11BB Rapids are BACK TO BACK TOURNAMENT CHAMPS! They travelled to Whitby this past weekend and made sure that the previous tourney gold was no fluke.
They went 3 wins and 1 loss in round robin play to book a spot in the semi-finals. It was a rematch with Kanata, the team who beat them 1-0 the day before. This time around the Rapids made sure they weren't going get fooled again winning the game 3-1 for a spot in the finals.
The gold medal game was against a strong TO Leaside team but the girls were determined and skated to a 3-0 victory to claim top spot!
