Peewee B - Peewee B's take Silver in St. Catharines
Submitted By Scott Poirier on Monday, November 4, 2019
This weekend in the St.Catharines tournament our Niagara Rapids Peewee B’s put in a great performance earning a 2-1-1 record in the round robin and securing a spot in the championship game. Demonstrating strong goaltending, balanced scoring and a competitive attitude the girls made us all proud.

The Championship game against St.Thomas was a nail-biter as both teams traded scoring opportunities at either end of the rink. The game remained tied until well into the third when St. Thomas got one through with 6 minutes left in the game.Ultimately, through gritty but classy play, the Rapids earned Silver and had a tournament to be proud of.

Well done Rapids!
