2012-2020 Tryout Application

-If you are registering for tryouts and played for another OWHA Association you will require a completed "permission to skate form" before you are eligible to participate in tryouts.

-All skaters must tryout or be released by the first team before being eligible for second or third teams. (excluding AA teams)

-If wanting to try out for an older age group an application to tryout for a level up form must be completed and signed off on before going on the ice with the age up group.

-A $500 deposit is required at time of team signing.

-Fees for tryouts are $60.00. Tryout fees are payable to NGHA and must be paid before 1st time on ice. Each player will be offered a minimum of two(2) on ice tryout with this fee(for all team levels combined ex.Midget A and Midget BB)

-There is no "single time" try-out fee
